PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance ERDs

Of late, I've had non-PeopleSoft people asking me to provide the Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for PeopleSoft-HCM and other PeopleSoft applications. Had testing times in making those crazy guys understand that those (delivered) ERDs won't reflect the actual relationship in a highly customized environment. Explaining them apart, all I knew was that we have to raise a ticket with Oracle to get the ERDs. However, Oracle has changed the procedure and made them available in My Oracle Support in conjunction with note ids.

What I found out from my experience is that for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, you have to import a project and run few DMS scripts, register a component to gain access to ERDs within PIA. Whereas for PeopleSoft Finance 9.1, the ERDs are provided as individual *.HTM pages and could be downloaded to any desktop.
