Creation of a custom navigation collection and pagelet in PeopleSoft

Came across this post on creation of a custom navigation collection and pagelet. This custom navigation collection one can hold their frequently visited links. This is somewhat similar to what favorites is, however its something unique that I came across today and thought of having it in my collection.
